How We Are Working To Keep You Safe During COVID-19
We are working hard to keep you safe as we reopen under COVID-19 precautions. Due to current public health recommendations, we are limiting the number of customers to one in the boutique at a time and only by appointment. We have also limited our open hours. We are disinfecting the boutique after each customer visit, wearing masks and face shields and enforcing social distancing between ourselves and customers.
Please note the following:
If you are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms we ask that you do not enter the boutique. If our staff witnesses any symptoms, you will be asked to leave immediately. We will be doing touch-free temperature checks. Customers must wear masks (either your own or available for purchase inside). Customers must wear gloves (provided by us free of charge). Customers must apply hand sanitizer before putting on gloves and/or masks. We will not be accepting cash payments at this time. Only debit, credit and/or other touchless payment methods are accepted. We are also not accepting any returns or exchanges and will not be issuing any refunds. Customers are not allowed to try on any of the merchandise at this point in time which also includes items like jewellery and accessories. Washrooms are closed. Please also note that we are not permitted at this time to offer in-person fittings due to the style of our fitting room. You can contact us for more details about virtual fitting options. We ask for 48 hours' notice for booking appointments.
We have taken these extra precautions in order to align with the most up-to-date public health recommendations and to better protect and serve you. Thank you for your understanding.
The boutique will be closed from Saturday, December 21 to Wednesday, January 1. We will be taking a well-deserved rest to gear up for another busy wedding season.
