Although, I love the tea, and the owner seems lovely -- the store is never opened when it is listed to be open. It's always very frustrating going and no one is there :(

My husband was in Windsor today and stopped at the shop. He loved the individual that owns this place. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She brew a couple different pots for him and his mom to taste, and made a blend of hibiscus and oolong for my mom. We will definitely go back when we go through Windsor in the future - and our 10 year old is really looking forward to the opportunity to see all the teas.

Georgina is probably the most knowledgeable person in tea you will ever meet. Not only can she brew you an amazing cup of tea, her shop offers the largest selection of tea in Essex county with over 300 varieties. And she beat that other mass market chain store on price too!
